Residents in Eerste Fabrieke informal settlement in Mamelodi shook their heads in disbelief on Saturday morning after raging floods swept away many of their houses built near the riverbank. The affected community was left displaced and frustrated after almost all their belongings were destroyed during the disaster. Cllr.
