The world of work has changed dramatically over the past two years and along with it, the way people view and experience the workplace. This has led to a mass wave of people exiting formal employment structures in a phenomenon dubbed “the great resignation”. However, with employees changing jobs more frequently and many failing to preserve their retirement savings, some risk not being able to retire comfortably.
