Hammanskraal Water Crisis explained

PR Councillor at ActionSA,Hannes Coetzee takes Phemelo back to where the water crisis in Hammanskraal started and the investigations that Action SA uncovered about the contamination of water in that community. Nearly 20 years later there’s been a cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal which has claimed the lives of at least 23 people.
