As the municipal elections in South Africa draw closer, e-tolls are back on the agenda. OUTA CEO and founder Wayne Duvenage has been the chief protagonist against e-tolls since before their inception. He joins BizNews founder Alec Hogg to discuss the issue of scrapping e-tolls for good.
