The Southern Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO) is striking the perfect chord with its relentless dedication to acknowledging and uplifting female talent, as evidenced by the fact that its Executive Committee is composed entirely of women. This milestone follows the recent appointment of Leanne Thomas as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Ms Thomas joins the ranks of Chief Operations Officer (COO) Mpho Mofikoe, appointed in November 2021, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Annabell Lebethe, who took office in January 2023.
