Tshwane says it’s in no position to pay salary hikes

SAWMU Deputy General Secretary, Nkhetheni Muthavhi speaks to Phemelo about their call for the City of Tshwane to implement the SA Local Government Bargaining Council’s decision to compel the city to pay a 5.5% salary increase that was promised to SAMWU workers in 2021.
