City Power cuts lights to non-paying Naturena residents

City Power Spokesperson Isaac Mangena speaks to Phemelo following the utility’s operation to cut electricity to non-paying residents. The Naturena community owes the City of Joburg a collective R309 million in unpaid electricity bills, while over R10 billion is owed by non-paying residents and businesses around the whole municipality.
