South Africa’s State Of Development

Development is progressing on the new 50,000 square metre shopping mall at the heart of a massive new precinct taking shape in KwaZulu Natal. This brought into mind the question of whether we need more malls in the country. Sizwe Dhlomo posed the questions to the listeners, “do you feel like we are developing in the right direction? Instead of leaning on private sector, what is it we need to develop now as a nation?”
