Theme: lying on your back.
1. Breathing with Scissor arms: adding coordination
2. ⁠Rocking the Pelvis and hip hikes. These exercises allow the spine and pelvis to move in 4 different ways.
3. ⁠Hip Flexor stretch. Necessary to do every day because we sit so much
4. ⁠Hamstring Muscles Stretch.
These muscles need to be stretched so we can upright in correct posture.
