MK appeals IEC decision to remove Jacob Zuma from parliamentary seat

The uMkhonto weSizwe Party and its leader Jacob Zuma have approached the Electoral Court in Bloemfontein to appeal against last week’s IEC decision which upheld its earlier ruling disqualifying Zuma from appearing on the ballot during the May 29 elections.
