The World Show was streamed live from the incredible East African festival SAKIFO on Reunion Island this Sunday. To relive the event, I was joined by Stani Goma, the host of the renowned African music program "Flight 1067 To Africa" on PBS 106.7FM in Melbourne, Australia.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, SAKIFO, along with the IOMMa music conference, brought together a wide range of performers, including international icons such as the French-Lebanese trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, the legendary singer-songwriter Danyel Waro of Reunion, the rising star Assa Mattuse of Mozambique, our very own Stogie-T, and many more!
