Quality of ANC membership

Chief Whip of the ANC, Mdumiseni Ntuli, was a guest on NewzRoom Afrika last night. He mentioned that SA's failure to absorb most of its population into the economy is one of the reasons why the party lost its majority party status. He also questioned the quality of the ANC membership, in turn leadership. Sizwe Dhlomo and Mfundo Mabalane held a spirited discussion on Ntuli’s utterances thereof. They asked listeners, “why do you think it is that the leading party has been attracting the wrong kind of people as its members?”
