Franco Smith Jr - Being back at the Cheetahs

The Smith legacy at the Toyota Cheetahs is set to continue after the franchise made a big signing.
The Cheetahs have contracted the centre, Franco Smith Jr, from Zebre ahead of the Toyota Challenge which kicks off next week.
The 24-year-old is the son of the former Cheetahs and current Glasgow Warriors coach, Franco Smith, and the nephew of the former Free State flyhalf, MJ Smith.
Smith played age-group rugby before starting his professional career at the Italian club.
Smith told OFM Sport he looks forward to continuing the family legacy at the team.
