The Suzuki Griquas are confident that they can go to Nelspruit on the weekend and defend their SA Cup title against the Pumas.
On Saturday the Griquas booked their spot in the final of the SA Cup by edging the Toyota Cheetahs 41-38 in a humdinger in Kimberley.
The Pumas in turn beat Hawies Fourie’s Boland Cavaliers to ensure that this year they will host the final.
The last time these two teams met, the Pumas beat the Griquas 39-35 in the Lowveld to break their unbeaten run in the competition.
The Griquas coach, Pieter Bergh, told OFM Sport that his team has what it takes to win back-to-back titles.
