The Real South Afrca

Its cold here in Johannesburg but we have a hot channel filled with great travel options. This week we talk to two General Managers on opposite sides of the Victoria Falls. Chris Stander of the David Livinstone Safari Lodge and Victor Saurombe GM of Vic Falls Safari lodge in Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwe side. They are both passionate about their properties and great to talk to. I managed to get two guides and a boat captain in one place long enough to also chat to them on the front of the Lady Livingstone just before we set sail on the Zambezi. Once again a fun activity together with a fun activity on the Zimbabwe side with the Boma Dinner and show at the Vic Falls safari lodge where I caught up with the GM setting up the Boma for the evening event. Loved both events and you should not leave Vic Falls without visiting both. From there we move across to the hard reality of scams and where we follow Erin West on her quest to rid the world of this terrible crime.
