Its week 30 and we have almost reached half way through the year! Ambasssador for Uganda, Paul Amoru, paid us a visit in the studio to come and tell us about this beautiful country. Its tourism, economics and best of all its upcoming Rwenzori Marathon. It was a fun and interesting chat and look forward to attending the marathon.

The 18th July brings Nelson Mandela Day when we are asked to spend 67 minutes helping others in all sorts of ways and to this end we talk to Malcolm Burroughs an Ambassador for 67 Blankets and came into the studio to show us how to make blankets and scarves. Anyone wanting to join knitwits, visit www.67blankets.co.za and sign up! The world needs more knitwits.
