Durban friends Brian Fell and Kurtis Kinsey set out to do something most of us wouldn’t dare: a full 42km ruck march, carrying 23kg on their backs! All to spark a bigger conversation and raise awareness for men’s mental health and the message they want every man in South Africa to hear:
“It’s okay not to be okay.”

Brian Fell and Andre Louis, Chairman of Wings Athletics Club, joined Danny Guselli to share the powerful story behind the 42km ruck march

Their mission is raw, human, and incredibly moving and this Human Rights Day, Andre, Brian and Kurtis are calling on men everywhere to stand together, speak up, and show up for one another.

Hit play to hear how two Durban friends turned endurance, courage, and heart into a rallying cry that could change lives.
