The Hague Group takes its message to South Africa

A new international coalition taking aim at impunity for Israel’s actions in Palestine is bringing its campaign to South Africa. The Hague Group, co-chaired by South Africa and Colombia, will hold its first public meeting in the country on 15 December in Cape Town. The group is pushing for coordinated legal, diplomatic and economic measures, including enforcing ICJ rulings and blocking arms shipments. The event will feature senior diplomats, former ministers and movement leaders. Phemelo breaks it down with international human rights lawyer Wendy Isaac.
