Egg producer Pressures

OFM News’ Agri-editor Sabrina Dean speaks to Dr Charlotte Nkuna, a senior executive with the SA Poultry Association, about challenges currently being faced by egg producers. She says rising feed costs are make it difficult for some farmers to continue producing and is warning that this is eventually going to translate into less eggs being available and higher consumer prices.
