Khoabane on tractor tech, LandCare and agri challenges

OFM News agri editor Sabrina Dean was at Government’s national launch of the new planting season in Bloemfontein last week and spoke to Free State MEC Oupa Khoabane shortly after he took a ride in a tractor. They speak about the technology in agricultural implements nowadays before moving onto issues facing agricultural producers.
