Inputs sought ahead of red meat workshop

OFM News agri editor Sabrina Dean recently spoke to red meat industry role player Dr Michael Bradfield about an industry workshop being held in March. The aim is to revitalise the industry and change red meat from being a commodity product to being a high value product. One suggestion is the introduction of a meat grading system to work alongside the existing classification system.
