Interview: Inside new JSE tech listing 4Sight Holdings

The JSE is set to get its first new technology listing in years when 4Sight Holdings debuts on the bourse's AltX on Thursday, 19 October. Duncan McLeod sat down with CEO Antonie van Rensburg and Hilton Goodhead, executive head of innovation at subsidiary Digitata, to talk about the listing. In the podcast, Van Rensburg and Goodhead talk about why the company decided to list, the acquisitions it has announced ahead of the listing and what it intends to do with the capital it is raising. The rump of the listing is made up of Digitata, which provides dynamic tariffing solutions, including for the telecommunications industry. The holding company, which describes itself as a “pioneer in Industry 4.0 technology” plans to use some of the cash it raises to develop new products in sectors such as retail and health care.
