The purple patch has continued for Bloemfontein Celtic with the team having won their last three games on the bounce in all competitions.
Celtic game from behind on Saturday to beat Roger de Sa’s Platinum Stars 2-1 in Rustenburg to book their spot in the semi-finals of the 2017 Telkom Knockout.
Earlier in the week the team beat Maritzburg United 1-0 in Bloemfontein to shoot up to fourth in the Premier Soccer League standings.
The two wins, as well as the victory against SuperSport United in the Telkom Round of 16 has boosted the teams confidence tremendously and they fancy their chances of playing in the Cup final.
