The Springboks have made just two changes to their starting XV which will face England on Saturday in Bloemfontein in the second Test.
In the front-row, Frans Malherbe, makes his long-awaited return from a neck injury, and will play at tighthead prop.
The other change is at flank, where Pieter-Steph du Toit, replaces Jean-Luc du Preez, who in his turn moves to the bench.
Among the replacements, Jesse Kriel, replaces Elton Jantjies.
