Van der Veen explains why he believes it is possible to complete the digital migration programme by 30 September 2019 and what would be needed to meet that deadline.
He expands on why eMedia launched Openview, a free-to-air satellite platform, and why a "hybrid" model of both satellite and terrestrial broadcasting is needed to complete digital migration in short order.
