⦁ Siba Mtongana is a South African celebrity chef. She is popularly known for hosting her BBC cooking show “Siba’s Table” - which debuted in September 2013. While it started as a modest new entry to DSTV’s Food Network, Mtongana’s cooking programme is now broadcast all over the world in over 130 countries and has been a mainstay on The Cooking Channel of America since 2014.
⦁ In 2014, Mtongana made Oprah Magazine’s distinguished “O Power List” of 21 African women who have made a substantial impact on the world. She has won three Galliova Awards for her food journalism, recipe development and cuisine styling.
⦁ Two years ago, in 2017, she received two awards at the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in China.
⦁ Recently, she walked with a silver world medal at the New York Festivals TV and Film Awards which took place in Las Vegas.
