Through her education career, spanning three decades, she has not only nurtured the growth of basketball at Pietermaritzburg Girls' High School but has also been a profound influence and a source of inspiration for players nationwide. She has played a pivotal role in founding the country's largest girls' basketball tournament, which now proudly bears her name.
