The walk aims to break the silence around mental health, raise awareness, and provide support to those struggling, reminding everyone that no one should face life's struggles alone. The 4th YouMatterWalk 2025 will take place on Saturday, 13 September 2025, at the Big Red Barn, located south of Irene and east of Midstream on the M18. Participants can choose to walk 2.5km, 5km, or 10km to spread the vital message that "You Matter." This initiative helps turn grief into hope and aims to save lives by addressing the impact of suicide on families and communities.
