Dr. Ray Legodi engages in a deep conversation with Pastor Mthokozisi Selby Khumalo about the Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (AFM) new show with Radio Pulpit. AFMSA was Founded in 1908 by American missionaries John G. Lake and Thomas Hezmalhach, the AFM emerged from the Azusa Street Revival influences and quickly grew as a classical Pentecostal church. Despite early interracial beginnings, apartheid-era divisions led to segregated sections along racial lines until 1996, when the church reunited as a multi-racial body. Today, with over 1.2 million members and more than 2,000 assemblies in South Africa, AFM emphasizes Holy Spirit baptism, divine healing, and evangelism, making it the largest Pentecostal church in the country with a global presence in 28 countries.
