Glynis and her husband Chris woke up one morning to the devastating discovery of their 25-year old son Spencer dead in his bed. Two years on, Glynis has released her personal account of loss and grief in her book, 'Waterboy' - released ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September.
In this podcast, Glynis talks through the devastation and agony of losing a child to a suicide. Through her own personal experience and research as a mental health journalist, she offers insights into mental health and suicide prevention.
