The launch of the 2026 Rhandza Xikolo Xa Wena Campaign is held at Mahhushe Agricultural Secondary School in Nkomazi Local Municipality reaffirming Mpumalanga’s commitment to protecting and transforming schools into centres of hope and community pride.
The campaign brought together government departments, municipalities, traditional leaders, educators, School Governing Bodies, learners, civil society and the private sector in a united call to strengthen community ownership of schools across the Place of the Rising Sun.
Stakeholders were appreciated for sustaining and intensifying this important movement, proving that Rhandza Xikolo Xa Wena is not a once-off programme, but a living campaign rooted in accountability, active citizenship and social cohesion.
